About Me

Mohamed’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate matters. He brings significant experience from his work as an attorney at a global law firm where he represented Fortune 500 clientele.

In his real estate practice, Mohamed’s experience includes real estate acquisitions and dispositions (both commercial and residential), financing, and leasing transactions. His clients include real estate investors, sellers and buyers as well as financial institutions in standard and complex financing transactions. Additionally, Mohamed assists on the real estate aspects of various corporate mergers and acquisitions.

In his corporate practice, Mohamed advises clients most frequently as outside corporate counsel including issue spotting corporate governance, structure, and liability considerations, negotiation of agreements with third parties and employees, and general advisement.

Mohamed earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
